Is there a free trial?: Yes. You can start a free trial once our team has verified your clinic, and buy a package whenever you are ready.
Can I change plans later?: Yes, you can move up or down at any time, as long as your clinic fits within the new plan's limits.
How do I buy a package?: Register your clinic. Once we have verified it, sign in and choose a package and term under Subscription. You get a payment reference to use with a bank transfer, and your package becomes active as soon as we confirm your payment. Card payments are coming.
What happens if my subscription lapses?: After a grace period, your clinic becomes read-only until you renew. Your patient records are never deleted because a subscription ends.
Does Clinic Q take payments from my patients?: Clinic Q records the payments your clinic takes. It does not hold your clinic's money, and it never stores card numbers.
