Is this an emergency?
Clinic Q is not an emergency service, and queue tracking is not medical triage. Call 110 for an ambulance, or go to your nearest hospital.
Bookings
To change or cancel a visit, open it in My account. For anything else about a visit, please contact your clinic.
Reaching a clinic
Each clinic's phone number and address are on its page. Clinics answer questions about your care, fees, and records.
Technical problems
If you cannot sign in, reset your password from the sign-in page. If something still looks wrong, send us a message.
Privacy
Read how we handle information, or send a request for your data from Settings in My account.
